Aw shite we had the best time round 93, label interest, marquee shows, supporting tyla, mike monroe and others. Travelling all over, doing pikey gigs in pikey pubs to playing rios in bradford, bogiez in cardiff, rock city in nottingham ( did you know andy copping used to put a shopping basket full of beer outside the dressing room and if you nicked any he would kick your ass out!!) And Marquee, Underworld, Astoria etc. etc. By the way if Muff winwood says he will come see you don't hold your breath!! Its all heavy metal in my book!! Anyone wanna form a band??!!??
Ah, the 'Bratz ..... "you don't have to American, you don't have to be a media slave ....." (with Hilda emphasising 'slave' with an almost Napalm Death-style grunt).
Used to see Richie out and about when he was in Glitterbug, and Hilda & Ringo are staples at virtually every gig in London (have run into them at Crue, Pussycat and Brides of Destruction in recent-ish times - they're usually giving out fliers.)
F**king 'ell, Waterbratz.....you gave us our way in at the Marquee..thanks dudes.
I remember you steve you old tart.
Still got some pictures of you n the bratz when we supported you in raggy dollz at the stick o rock.

A member of the Waterbratz - welcome. Saw you guys on a couple of occasions. Have a demo & live show somewhere buried in the vaults. Got these from a friend who used to go out with one of you guys in the band
Hey there...
I've got the first BratPack demo tape somewhere up in my loft... I also supported RichRags a few times at a venue called the Pied Piper in Portsmouth with my old band Pretty Dangerous... Love those days... Not sure if anybody knows whatever happened to the guys in a band called Fifth Avenue from Cheadle.. they were well cool. I've got a load of stuff from the late 80's early 90's which I keep meaning to digitize... be happy to do some form of swapsy's some time...
Loved Fifth Avenue - definitely one of the best of the UK early 90s glam bands. The image was top notch and the If Ya Can't tape was excellent. I saw a pack of their promo photos on eBay a few years back which I guees must have been from one of the members but I passed on it...
I used to speak to City Kidds a fair bit back then & rememember saying they should steal the Fifth Avenue vocalist when Jamie Kall left. Would've love to hear that combo - although it might have meant that the Sons Of God never formed..
Pompey Pied Piper Jesus. Lenni remembers that better than anyone seeing as they took him home in an ambulance.
Strangley enough Im over in Chichester next week for the wedding of an old RR fan Ive know since those gigs. Jim Darley. Remember him Lenni?
His house was hanuted.
